Asian composite stones are Engineered Stone manufactured under controlled condition by mixing 92-95% of marble lumps and 6-8% polyester Resin for bonding. Marble lumps are derived from various mines across the world, which then crushed to give desired grain size. Crushed marble is then mixed with polyester resin in specialized mixers. Blocks are made with help of patented technology called Vibro- compaction. The process adopted imparts properties equivalent to any natural marble like hardness, abrasion resistance, flexural strength and compressive strength.
Quartz is derived from various mines across the world in the form of lumps. Lumps are crushed to required grain size for various design and patterns.Asian Quartz is manufactured in the form of slabs through a patented system where the mix of quartz mineral and resin is pressed under controlled heat to form a slab.Slab is polished to get the desired sheen.
Uses: Product is to be treated the same way as Natural Marble is being used and recommended for the internal use. It can be used as flooring, wall cladding, window and door sill, stairs, furniture top and artifacts. (I.e. any object made by human beings, especially with a view to subsequent use.)
Limitation: Composite marble and quartz cannot be used for the exterior application under the direct sun.
